Over a decade ago, my son became a firefighter in Vermont.<\/p>

One day, after a particularly difficult shift, he shared about his day with me \u2014 he had been on one of those calls that stays with you\u2026 the kind where not everyone makes it home.<\/p>

I could feel it in him. The weight. The responsibility. The images that don’t just disappear when the shift ends.<\/p>

At the same time, in my private practice, I was working with more and more trauma patients. People who were deeply impacted by things that had happened to them.<\/p>

But something kept pulling at me\u2026 First responders are different. They don’t just experience trauma by chance\u2014they walk into it. They choose it. Every single day. For us.<\/strong><\/p>

That realization stayed with me.<\/p>

And as I began learning more\u2014the statistics, the suicide rates, the prevalence of PTSD, depression, and silent suffering\u2014it became impossible to ignore. These are the people who show up on our worst days\u2026 And yet, so many of them are left to carry those moments alone.<\/p>

I knew something had to change. I knew I had to step up.<\/strong><\/p>

Higher Vibe Solutions was born from that calling\u2014a sacred space, a healing experience, a place where those who give so much can finally receive.<\/p>

A place where they can release what they’ve been holding\u2026
Reconnect to themselves\u2026
And remember that they deserve a full, joyful, meaningful life too.<\/p>
