QEMT Software

The 3/3/3 Method

3 Minutes — Three 3-minute breaks throughout the day where you can do one of several breathing or grounding exercises to help keep you centered and balanced. We provide an online platform for all first responders to access video shots teaching these techniques and powerful hypnosis meditations as prevention and processing tools.

3 Hours — Take 3 hours a week and do something where there are no expectations on you. We provide experiences like this so our heroes have something to look forward to and break the cycle of their daily lives, just to reset.

3 Days — Science-backed data shows that 3 days in nature or unplugged causes a complete neurological reset. Which is why we create healing retreats to help process, heal and help our first responders to feel good about themselves and their place in this world.

Nature Reset Retreat

A 3–5 day immersive experience designed to support a complete autonomic nervous system reset through intentional time in nature, guided practices, and deep restoration.
